Hausbrandt exclusively uses hand-picked, fully ripe Arabica beans of first quality from Brazil and Central respectively South America. The roasting is done in traditional roasting drum. Decorated with the gold medal of the Italian Academy of Masters of Patisserie (L'accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiana) - as best coffee of the year.
