Hornig Kaffee is created from exquisite origins of beans and refined through the worldwide exclusive Kofrosta-procedure; by doing so the roasted beans are under high pressure washed around with carbon dioxide and are to the heart cooled down to a temperature of -78 °C. The result is an almost complete withdrawal of irritants of roasting with complete maintenance of aroma.
